Catering to your individual needs – Oliver will design a regime and take you through your paces within the comfort of your own home, work-place, or local park. There are a number of personal training studios located around London available for our use also.

Training at home is a luxury that enables you to manage your busy lifestyle more efficiently due to cutting out the normal travel time and expense of getting to and back from the gym. Your trainer will come to you and provide equipment in accordance to your exercise regime. Training in your home allows you to easily accommodate your workout into your daily routine which is great for maintaining consistency. It’s just as easy to visit you at work, so a busy schedule becomes easier to manage. With a range of equipment, and more importantly an extensive exercise knowledge at our disposal – a gym provides nothing that a little floor space at home (or work) cannot.

If you're already a regular user of your local gym but need some professional guidance, motivation, a training partner, or are struggling for results – we can visit the gym together and kick start your old routine. Please check with your local gym however as some commercial venues oppose customers bringing their own trainer in.

Alternatively, perhaps you enjoy the outdoors. With so many beautiful parks and commons located around London there's no reason why we can't take them in and gain a refreshing workout at the same time.

Whichever choice you make you'll be guided through a stress relieving workout that comprises of tried and tested formulated techniques enhancing your strength, tone, balance, co-ordination, lung-capacity and metabolic rate. Whether you want to lose weight and cut down body fat, or gain weight and muscle mass, we’ll achieve the results you desire while improving your physical functionality and overall well-being.
Pre Natal

Attitudes toward exercise during pregnancy have changed dramatically over the last 15 or so years. This is largely due to the advance of scientific information regarding the safety and benefits of maternal exercise.

The benefits of a well-designed pre-natal exercise regime are numerous. Pregnant women can maintain or even increase their cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, and flexibility. Research has shown that women whom exercise during pregnancy experience fewer common pre-natal discomforts such as constipation, swollen extremities, leg cramps, nausea, varicose veins, insomnia, fatigue, back pain, and other orthopedic conditions. Exercise can also help prevent urinary incontinence, pregnancy-induced hypertension, diastasis recti, and deep venous thrombosis. Additionally, fit pregnant women with higher functional capabilities will have a much swifter recovery from labour... and find shifting the extra pounds a whole lot easier.

"If you're new to exercise I recommend that you seek advice and start slowly. You can build up steadily to a good pace. Advisably decrease intensity during the third trimester, but you needn't stop".


Post Natal

If you need help getting back into pre-pregnancy shape then why not go one step further and get into the best shape of your life.

You've seen some of our clients in your favourite mags but that doesn't mean we'll cost you the earth... I'll leave that to baby. If the celeb's can do it then you can too.

Easy exercises that suit beginners and the more advanced, you can even use your baby. There's no need to book a crèche, I can come to you... Invite baby along too!

I know that the last thing you feel like doing after just having gone through nine months of pregnancy is exercising. But by involving baby we can turn this time into a game and make it fun for baby and mum.

You will have used every muscle in your body during labour, so you know they exist. Now let's develop them.

Maybe you have a friend that would like to join in? You can train in pairs to split the cost and double the fun.

We care about your babies health because we know that a healthy baby means a healthy mum.

And I hope you're all breast feeding... because this burns up to 1000 calories a day!
Nutrition and Weight Management

Oliver will analyse your current diet in conjunction with your lifestyle, activity levels, and objectives. With this information we’ll derive nutritional plans that'll slot into your everyday life and work particularly well alongside a tailored exercise regime. The initial Nutrition & Weight Management consultation combs through the many considerations necessary to start building a better, tailored and realistic diet. Nutrition is often as much about addressing bad habits as it is about understanding what fuel your body craves.

Developing and monitoring a food diary is one of many great means to monitor your progress, whether you're looking to slim down, or bulk-up. After the initial consultation, clients are advised to continue with shorter follow-up sessions. These will allow for amendments to be made, feedback, further guidance, fresh ideas, and of course motivation. Nutritional Consultations can take place online or in person.
Corporate

A healthy, well workforce equals a more positive business output. One on one, small or large group exercise sessions hosted by Oliver Harte-Stockwell and select Health and Fitness experts structured to the requirements of the client.

Training sessions can take place within your business premises, on-site gym, client home/s or local parks.
Exercise Programme

Oliver will design an Exercise Programme for you to follow at home, at the park, or at your local gym – optimising whichever equipment is available to you; whether a fully equipped gym, portable resistance bands (recommended), home furnishings or park benches. We can then review this periodically.
Cancellations Policy

Cancellations must be omitted by Client on or before the day prior to scheduled appointment.

In the event that a cancellation is not made in accordance with the Cancellation Policy, the Client must pay full charge for service booked.

Note - Cancellations must be made in person or via telephone, to the Consultant with which you are booked.
